History

The name “BROCK” is derived from my immediate family - Brian, Ralph, Olivia, Chris and Karen. I launched Brock Business Solutions (BBS) four years ago after a 30+ year career in the Corporate world serving business leaders across the globe. My passion has always been for numbers and more precisely telling the “stories” behind the numbers.

As the owner of Brock Business Solutions, I help business owners drive increased business value through financial discipline, strategic technology implementation, and sound business planning. My experience as a CFO and Senior Finance Executive extends to virtually every aspect of a business's financial and operating needs. In addition to managing global finance and sales operations teams, I have had direct responsibility for HR, IT, Risk Management, Investor Relations, Procurement, Facilities, Pricing and Data Governance.

I follow a basic management system that I affectionately refer to as SPAM (strategy, planning/priorities, actions/accountability, measurement) and conduct myself in all that I do according to what I call the 4 H's - Honesty, Humility, Hard Work and Humor.
